How a heart might weep and break to know but once the kiss of romance true. What an ocean of tears might the soul bereft of love shed in striving to that impossible goal. Such a price of pain and grief one might pay for this prize of life.

But it is not a price quite so high as that payed for the hollow crown of pretended power and fleeting wealth. For the expense of bitter toll paid for those tarnished trophies is entirely and utterly wasted.

For neither diamonds or gold possess the soul to love in kind those who so adore those worthy but valueless things.
